Project Description: Site / Building rehab project to convert an aging 3 story structure into modern office spaces.
Services:
- Provided boundary and topographic surveys of entire city block and adjacent streets, civil design for entire site including grading, paving, sanitary, storm and retaining walls. Also provided all site construction staking and inspection.
- Additionally, the existing building plans and elevations for the architectural renovations were created by Martin & Whitacre using complete interior and exterior 3D Laser Scanning. All 3 floors and the basement were scanned to produce an accurate representation of the existing structural layout. These drawings were provided to the architect for use in the building redesign.
